I think having a spending limit is a good thing 
to have, so you don't got over a limit you know 
you can't afford. 
  As for me, the most expensive cel I have bought 
was $70, and that might not seem much. But, I 
think the thing that restricts me is that I'm 
only 15 and frankly, I couldn't afford some of 
these cels any time.
   So, as of yet, I have't really felt guilty.
