I'm just wondering, how do you restore the 
linings of a cel? Isn't the linings under the 
paint? Ie. if the line fadings are in the eye 
area or in the hair, how do you get under the 
paint to restore those linings?

I know it's a stupid question but it has been 
bugging me all afternoon. >_<
