I'll keep my identity hidden for this post, but I
would like to point out something. As a frequent
seller on eBay (not necessary cels), I mail out
50 to 100 packages per month. Out of my entire
selling career, I've had maybe 10 to 20 packages
returned to me for various reasons: the buyer
gave me the wrong address, the post office didn't
charge enough for postage, the address label got
peeled off, heavy rain washed off the ink to the
address label (and miraculously didn't wash off
the ink to my return address), or just for no
reason at all.
Most, if not all, of these situations were out of
my control. Some of the buyers are very
understanding. But there are always a couple who
will give me the "I've had N numbers of packages
sent to me but none of them got returned before.
So I think you're just lying." It is sometimes a
bit frustrating. I have to go to the post office
twice, chip in on the extra shipping out of my
own pocket, and still get the "you're a dishonest
seller" attitude. -_-
