I think I'm going to stop selling cels on 
Ebay... :P
All the way back in January, I sold a YAT 
anime cel and douga.  After weeks of sending 
emails to the buyer gently reminding them they 
had won my auction, I never heard back from 
them.  I checked their ebay feedback and with 
less than 50 feedbacks, at least 13 were negative-
along the lines of "deadbeat" bidder :P
I finally had to fill out a report at 
Ebay, and after 2 months of waiting, a paypal 
payment for the cel finally popped up in my 
account.  2 days after this payment, I FINALLY 
received an email from the bidder, but they were 
raving that they hadn't received the cel yet, 
where is it, I want a refund, blah blah, and how 
they had been trying to contact me for months.  I 
wrote back letting them know that- hello, they 
JUST paid for it.  Give the cel a few days to 
arrive.  Plus, I waited TWO MONTHS for payment, 
they can wait a lousy few days for the cel to be 
mailed out and received.  Plus, as far as "trying 
to contact me for months", I had been sending 
them emails like no tomorrow and my records 
showed all emails went thru- all they would have 
had to done was hit the "reply" button.  And even 
if they had magically "lost" my email address 
from auction close, it doesn't take 2 months to 
look up my ID with Ebay and get the email address 
from there.  Plus, I always offer a back-up mail 
address for ebay auction related things.
Sorry- just ranting -_-  I have homework to do 
but I'm procrastinating- so anyone else have any 
ebay cel-related horror stories?
