I've had A LOT of nasty encounters with buyers. 
Besides no payment, no contact I also get 
bothered with:

high bidders that  want to "make a deal" once the 
auction ends

during an auction, potential bidders ask "If I 
bid your reserve, will you end the auction for 
me?"  

I'm not very thrilled about selling on eBay 
either. Considering the time and effort to post 
an auction, the hassle with some bidders AND now 
the higher eBay fees....it's just not worth it 
anymore. I think I'd rather just open up a 
trading page.

p.s.- I have the "non-paying bidder warning" 
and "eBay fvf credit request form" in my 
favorites folder. I have to use it a lot.  >_<
