"but after a while you get 3 or 4 cel books
mostly full of cels. and you realize that you
don't look at ALL of them very much."
Exactly. I know there are some people here who
have been collecting for a very long time and may
have this exact problem but don't want to admit
it. The fact that you OWN the cel (mine! mine!
mine!) becomes more important than the cel itself
and what it means to you.
What you consider a 'lesser' cel could be someone
else's dream cel. So instead of complaining about
supply, demand, and prices, take a long hard look
at your collection and examine *why* you're
holding onto those cels you don't look at very
much. Infuse the cel community and promote cel
karma by purging your collection - maybe cels you
*do* want will come to you!
