We want sellers to honor their auction even when 
the final price is below expectation; if they 
wanted a specific amount of money for their cels, 
they should have put up a reserve price or a 
higher opening bid. We do not want sellers to 
pull the plug on an auction (and maybe relist) 
just because the bids are too low.
