Here's one for the production-nerds (or 
wannabies, like me!); at what point are the 
register holes punched into the cel?  Are cels 
pained on pre-punched sheets, or are the cels 
painted and then punched?

I know, sorta chicken-and-the-egg, but I am 
curious!
