An acquaintance (sp?) of mine did succeed in 
this....BOY did she succeed.....she got my 
ultimate dreamcel from a dealer's private 
collection..  BUT the trick, I've heard, is to 
offer goncho amts of money at the perfect time.  
There is only one dealer I can think of who has 
something Id kill for...oh wait, two actually, 
and both of my inquiries have failed.  Then again 
I never really offered a concrete amt.
