Hiiragi (Hiragi? However it's 'sposed to be
spelled!) from Mon Colle Knights!
He's a mad scientist and a riot as well. The
computer he made to sense Mon World monsters looks
like a chicken and clucks like mad when it finds
one, he has a giant vacuum to retrieve Mondo and
Rachna (the actual Mon Colle Knights) whenever
they get a monster alert and he seems to be
completely obsessed with various bodily functions.
