I have come across a few on auctions, there is 
moneymover & one by AOL...  & some others I can't 
remember.

I tried to sogn up for them the minute I saw them 
(lol) but they are for american customers only so 
their scope may be limited until they turn 
global.  Stll they may be useful for ppl in the 
USA for paying for domestic auctions.

Another option, if money in your account is not 
an issue is maybe to do bank transfers with 
online banking.  I know it is free in the UK but 
not sure about the US.

Let us know if there are any other alternatives!  
I get ourright cheated of money & have paypal 
insurance.. what do they do about it?  After one 
month they rule in my favour..  but can do 
nothing about it...  The person has no money in 
their balance... like they are gonna leave any 
there after being given a months notice they are 
being investigated!!  &  they will not try to 
recoup your costs for you even if that person's 
acct is still active!!  (My Paypal rant)
