I've never found you to be rude at all. Neither 
in posts or in the time I purchased a cel from 
you off of ebay (*huggles her Van-sama cel* ^^). 
I thought you were very pleasant to deal with, 
much more so then many others I've come into 
contact with in one way or another.

I think at some point all of us come across some 
real asses, unfortunately.  At first it really 
bothered me, but now when I get emails like that 
I laugh. It's them that has the problem - not 
you, and not me. Probably not about 95% of the 
people who read and post to the forum.  I'm also 
quite shy IRL and only show my true self to 
those I'm comfortable around so I know how you 
feel. Emails like what you got seriously upset 
me... but believe me when I say no longer. :) 

Anyway, don't take too much stock into what 
someone like that says. They hide behind the 
anonymity of emails. :P 

Errr... now... about cel hoarding?  I'm probably 
a bad person to ask about that. ^^;
