As far as I'm concerned, as soon as Ebay takes
your money in exchange for an auction listing,
they lose **ALL** legitamate right to restrict
what you post there. (Assuming you are not
posting something illegal to sell, or something
with adult content where minors can see it, etc.
I would even consent that - for purposes of
keeping the site as a functional auction
resource - they would have the right to remove
any "auctions" that were nothing more than "come
see my website" ads. . .)
Although Ebay's owners certainly can legally make
the rules for the site to be anything they want
(if you do not like the requirements, then you're
welcome to not do business there), I still think
that their practices are snotty, and they have
forgotten that they are absolutely NOTHING. . .
Except for an overglorified **YARD SALE**.
Many sharp Smiles,
