I'm so sorry you are having problems. The
holidays don't make it any easier, do they? I
thought I would add that most companies will let
you take a loan out against your 401K with very
low interest. They will often garnish payments
from your check and are usually *very* lenient
with the timeframe of your loan.
Best of all, since it's backed by money you have
saved, they can't deny you. Just a thought.
That's what I did not too long ago when the bank
wouldn't let me have a loan because of my
whopping student loan payments. >_< Yeah, college
