Well, cels are always being marked up....  I 
think it all depends on the buyer.  I've overpaid 
on tons of cels, one I can think of had a markup 
of about 400$, give or take a hundred.  But, it 
makes no difference to me.  The fact is when 
someone is selling something, and another person 
is willing to pay what the seller is asking, then 
it's free reign.  I dont like to see people get 
ripped off either, but in most cases, people wont 
pay if they dont think it's worth it. If they do 
think it's worth it, then there's not much you 
can do.  We've all had to deal with mark-ups and 
some point.  Its just part of the wax and wane of 
the cels market.
