My relationship with my new one is getting off to
a rocky start. ~_~;; I just got the N1240U. I
have to say, it does a stellar job on the cels
themselves. The colors come out well, although it
leans to being too dark. (Easily fixed by
brightness controls.) My big problem is turning
out to be it not scanning the blue shading in
sketches. . .
Another thing I would mark it down on is it's
software. Each time you go to scan something, it
automatically wipes out all changes you made to
the color settings from the last scan. Making it
a bi*** to scan a number of things in a row.
However there is no way to beat it's size! ^_^
I'll forgive it a good bit of software quirkiness
to have something that does NOT take up 3/4 of my
computer desk. ^_^;
But I have finally had some limited success with
sketches that have darker than normal blue
shading! Look below! ^_^ Thank you to all who
have written! The problem isn't completely solved,
though, so if anyone has more suggestions - please
write! ^_^;;
Many Sharp Smiles,
