Yes it happened to me also (in Belgium). It had 
been a hard track for a month. Nobody knew where 
my package was (actually it was 2 boxes of 
20kilos each... Full of mangas, videos and great 
cels for more than 200000JPY).

I finally discovered that there was  many items 
lost. I bothered EMS and KLM day after day. And 
finally after one month like this and one warning 
that I may put them on trial (who said I'm kind?) 
they found my boxes!!!

So, don't lose hope, continue to fight and maybe 
they finally will find your package. That's what 
I wish for you.
