The arrangement of the whole thing is very 
impressive and more than just "well thought out". 
You really don't get to see how well designed it 
is until you bid on something. . .

Although, I do agree with Cheryl that it's really 
not a fee scale meant for "cheapie" auctions!

It does *COMPLETELY* solve the "second in line" 
problem that can be encountered with most any of 
the one-person deputy operations I've seen. You've
really got to hand it to them for that!
