Well... if there's a will there's a way. Not 
always, but eg., the Valgarv cel for 
413 or the the Amelia one were those cases, 
I'd have done some ppl an undeserved favour and 
DIED for. Wait, what can a dead person do with 
cels? 
Whatever, 20000 for a cel is insane, but once I 
get refunded those 427 bucks for the Val (baka 
post office, wuahahaha!) I'll have another loada 
money and I think, cels are special; they're more 
valuable than, say, a video game. And begging 
granpa, being lucky, all those factors make you 
fat and wealthy^^
