When I lived in the dorm at OSU, I there were six 
of us with anime named computers on the schools 
network.  It was kind of fun seeing a third of 
the computers on the dorms network with anime 
names. Especially when everyone else had their 
real name or "mycomputer" for their name.  I 
think lack of sleep made it more amusing than it 
really was.

Again with the same friends, we were all very 
tired, and strung out on caffeine after a coffee 
run at 11 at night. I remember talking about 
pointless stuff, and somehow the topic of naming 
our cars came up.  Somehow I got dared to get 
personalized plates, and for a little while now, 
I've had "Japoro" for my plates on my car.  But 
you know, explaining what your plates name means 
to the nice policeman who just pulled you over 
for doing 70 in a 50 zone, got me off with only a 
warning. Go figure. ^_^


Well anyway, to put this back on topic, I don't 
any sort of record of what I paid for my cels or 
where I got them from.  For the most part, I have 
a pretty good memory of what I paid where I got 
the cel from.  For me, that's good enough, as I 
try not to make this hobby a chore or base it 
purely on price and such.  Though I do find it 
somewhat amusing when every now and then I do 
roughly add up what I paid for my cels, and see 
what the total is... and then realize that I 
could pay off my car for that amount. O_o
