Heh, I sorta keep track of my purchases. I just 
became too picky I don't buy anything and 
everything I think is nice. I really don't pay it 
too muc attention, I have a system of writing 
down all the money I have and writing down where 
all of it goes. Yes, some goes into my cel kitty 
fund.

I just shoot for dream cels or cels that make me 
scream. As for a cel kitty, I must always have 
money in a fund or kitty set aside just in case a 
dream cel comes. It's hlped because if a dream 
cel popped up, I have something to buy it with. 
Just this month had barely nothing in it after 
late bills and had to make money to save up for 
cels. Now it's sorta full I guess.

And if that money is spent for the month, then 
must go and place more money into it. That case, 
I don't spend money that is set aside for bills. 
Just a simple plan. I do know if I sold all my 
cels I own I could pay off my debt and still have 
some money set aside say for an...ice cream cone! 
Heh, ok, maybe some clothing. Having only two 
outfits is not helping this month. :(

I really wish I had all my dream cels so I could 
quit and take a vacation!
