I don't think there's anything wrong with people
thinking and saying whatever they want, and
frankly, I happen to encourage it. If someone
feels the need to stand up, then obviously the
emotion is strong enough for them that I feel
they should follow it. However, I do NOT agree
that it should take the turn where people start
to get hurt. I think this is the distinction that
you're going for ^^
If something is important to someone, then it's
IMPORTANT to them, people...please, just take
that in faith. It's hard for other people to
understand sometimes how stupid little things can
be important to different people, please don't
belittle it. For me, seeing Lord of the Rings on
Christmas Day was an important thing. You
wouldn't understand it, but the emotion was as
real and tangible as any I've ever felt, and I
would never stand to have it bashed ;_;
Not collecting FY, I'm really not going to go
into right or wrong, as I have no right to judge
that and don't know all of the info. I feel there
are constructive criticisms of both sides of the
argument in this post, as I am impartial...I just
hope everyone can understand eachother.
Basically, I feel people have the right to speak
freely, so if your friend is scared, that's her
problem. I'm sorry we can't cater to her...we are
who we are. But at the same time, let's try not
to hurt people. I can stand a lot of things, but
unnecessary pain really gets my goat. Thanks,
