but b/c so many buyers & sellers are accustomed 
to paypal thats what they use. The service itself 
isn't inherently better (asides from 
international payments but the converse is that 
few cel dealers accept it, so in essence its a 
mute point to say its good for international 
sellers). 

Once ebay succeeds in making the acceptance of 
paypal more and more difficult (and they will to 
promote their own BillPoint), you will have the 
more flexible and educated users holding onto 
more than one online payment service, in addition 
to using money orders. 

Having more than one option to pay for the cel of 
your dreams is better than just having one. 
Imagine what happens in a worse case scenario and 
paypal experiences technical difficulties or 
evilbay manages to legally exclude paypal. A 
backup plan is ALWAYS to your benefit even if it 
is initially troublesome to setup. Think about 
it, it only can benefit you AND if you don't like 
the service you can eventually close either of 
them.
