Actually, it'd be both simple and difficult to fix 
it for both ;).  I could probably easily redo that 
whole first page for you so that it looks the same 
in both browsers, with less table redundancy.  The 
problem will be if you ever take it back into 
whatever program you used to make it.  It seems to 
be extremely table happy...
