Some people really do need to be taught a lesson. 
Cursing might have little effect on someone who's 
this brazen. 

New Yorkers do seem to have that "magic tongue" 
thing going on though. Think you could conjure up 
a cursing spell so terrible it would cause this 
theif to burst into flames? Or at least his/her 
computer?  :)
