What I would do is to move all your cel pages one 
over, so:

http://www.geocities.com/jinx_o_rama/hyd.html

would be:

http://www.geocities.com/jinx_o_rama/hyd1.html

and then take the original page (the hyd.html) 
and make it say something like:

HI! I am stealing people's cel galleries, and I 
don't really own these cels I am trying to link 
to!

If that doesn't give the person a hint... ^_^;

Also, report them to Geocities, I;ve had them 
successfully go after people like that before.
