Man that sucks. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen. 
If it were me, I would curse them out. I would 
definately take Misa's advice and course them out 
on each page. Like if you came to this page from 
Julia's gallery then you would like to know that 
bleeping bit** stole my site. If you like I can 
teach you to curse people out. I am from New York 
and the ghetto areas of Philadelphia :P Should 
start watermarking you pictures too. Good luck
