Well...

   If you have a camera and don't mind 
developing the films, then you can always take 
the pictures with a plain camera and develope 
the film, give the pictures to someone else 
and have that person scan and upload for you.

   If you don't know anyone with a scanner in 
physical domain...I'll be happy to do it for you if 
you mail me the pictures.  Good luck!
