Someone was the higgest bidder on my Inu-Yasha 
cel I had on auction over 3 weeks ago. They said 
they would send the payment off. This was over 2 
weeks ago. What should I do? Should I put the cel 
back up on auction? The image of the cel is on my 
site above.
