It exactly because of an answer like Lizard's
that if you make a list, it shouldn't be
permanent.
I once made an order to Mangaya a while back
(this was when he literally took forever to
repsond to emails. I'm told he isn't quite so bad
anymore). I had every intention of buying the
cels I ordered from him. When I hadn't heard from
him in 2 weeks, I took the money and spent it on
an extra class that had an opening.
Now, I really DID have every intention of buying
the cel at the time. But by the time he got
around to answering my initial email, I had spent
the money on something else. Thus, I was banned
from ever buying from him again.
I sometimes see cels on his site that I wouldn't
mind buying, but I'm "banned" from buying his
stuff.
My point is, don't make your lists permanent.
Maybe someone really did die or have an accident.
They shouldn't be punished forever just for not
being able to pay you. Everyone deserves a second
chance.
