I was browsing the eBay DBZ cel auctions and this 
cel is now at a decent price.  I think it is at 
117.00 now. I would say that now the bid price is 
at the cel's true worth now.


I noticed that 2 bidders retracted their bids.  
One was for 700, it seems that this bidder seems 
to make retractions a habit.  He has retracted 
about 16 bids in a 6 month period.  The other had 
a 800 bid and a legitimate retraction reason. No 
shipping out of the U.S.A.  

Just information I though you would like to know.
