Mandarake Nakano (which is probably where you 
went) had a few DBZ cels with backgrounds of Goku 
and suck for 5000en, and lotteried off a SSJ Goku 
vs Majin Vegita just last week.  I just know that 
what they have displayed is nothing even close to 
what they have.  That is all I can say.  I think 
its just bad timing on some peoples part. You 
have to get in line at around 9 or 10am, but not 
necessarily a stack of DBZ cels are gonna be put 
out that day.
