On the one hand, yes it is too much(for me) but 
on the other hand, maybe that is someone's dream 
cel. It hurts the people who know that the cel 
was cheap a while back. But at same time isn't it 
good for the value of DBZ cels in general. If you 
have bought a nice cel in the past and now it has 
gained in value, you would think that you have 
made a good investment. If on the other hand the 
value of DBZ cels falls you feel that you may 
have paid too much. It is a "two-edged sword". I 
also think that the "surplus" of DBZ cels may be 
shrinking.Fewer cels out there, the demand and 
cost goes up! For example, I recently (yesterday) 
went to the major cel district in Tokyo, and went 
to several famous and heavily stocked cel stores, 
I did not find one decent DBZ cel! not one! 
Mandarake had zero, Anime-zero, had a few cheap 
ones that hardly no one wants, it went on and on 
like this all day! I was amazed. A lot of people 
are buying them I suppose and you see them end up 
on YahooJP, other than that I don't know how deep 
the supply line runs. But on the retail side, I 
would say shop and trade carefully!
