I look for Zelgadis. :)

After that, I look for cels that either show some 
sort of emotion, or action.  I know that the most 
expensive cels are your face-front, eyes-open, 
smiling, blah blah cels but they're BORING.  Some 
of my favorite cels are eentsy little images with 
lots of details and action.
