I look for nothing specific. If a cel makes me 
laugh or smile, if it makes me remember a scene 
fondly, or makes me get emotional, then it's a 
cel I want to buy.  For me, the "artwork" aspect 
is generally secondary.  I usually don't buy cels 
from anime I haven't seen, because those cels 
don't usually inspire me or make me feel 
anything.  How can I care about a character that 
I know nothing about?

BTW, the style of Dragon Ball changed a lot over 
the years - early DB looks very different from 
early DBZ, which also looks very different from 
late DBZ, which also looks different from DBGT.  
Personally, I like the early stuff.
