Definitely notepad...my pages may not be as fancy 
schmancy as most, but I'm one of those substance 
over style people, personally.
It may take a while, but you have ultimate 
control, and once you leanr something you 
remember it and know how to do it if you ever 
find yourself not around a computer with a 
program ^^
