Sorry 'bout your scanner Drac. Mine died awhile 
back and now I'm using the Microtek Slim Scan C6. 
It is a hand-me-down from my sister, but it works 
better than my old scanner ever did. 

You can check out the link above. It's one of the 
first cels I scanned with it. Five layers and a 
dark background. I think it did a bang up job on 
the cel. But I am so grateful to have a working 
scanner that my views may be a bit distorted.
