Unlike two years ago, there're too many people 
selling cels on EBay now, the amount of 
categories and posts are overwhelming.  Even if 
someone puts up a rare cel on ebay, it's easy to 
overlook.  

I like Yahoo Japan Auction's layout better, it 
can view each auction's image all at once on the 
screen.  It's more convenient to look for cel 
images than EBay.

Back to your question, I agree that the sellers 
have the rights to sell their cels or not.
