I would guess a fake bidder... this person won
several auctions for the same item, some prices
for these auctions seem unreasonably high 
(although with evilBay one can never tell),
and the sheer amount of auctions won for a
bidder with ONLY 5 feedback total (yes, that's
something, but I would be more sure of positive
intent if it were 500)

Perhaps the bidder just got too excited and 
clicked away too much?  Or else decided to mess
with people?

I can't even imagine having to keep UP with
all of those winnings, much less pay for them
all!
