I have a mediocre-paying job (as well as school 
loans, cc bills, phone bills, etc.) so I try to 
double up on my bills so that if a cel I really 
want pops up, I can go ahead and order it guilt-
free.  ^_^

I also utilize my tax refunds where 1/2 goes to 
important stuff and the other half goes to cels 
(if there is anything I want).  I worked hard, 
darnit, so why not spend my hard earned cash on 
something I love?
