Why? That's my only question. Why must we, in a 
community of people who are supposed to act at 
least civilized, go over the basic principles of 
humanity as if we were pre-schoolers. It's not 
that hard, people....if we all treat eachother 
with a degree of respect (and remember that hey, 
there is someone on the other end of the computer 
screen), it shouldn't be too hard. Why must it 
automatically be Shawnna's fault, Yann, that she 
is being used as a scapegoat? Personally, I don't 
see exactly what she did wrong. Yes, she's 
melodramatic (hey, she's just being who she 
is...I admire her for it), but she never defamed 
anyone. She never insulted, yelled at, or in any 
way personally attacked or hurt anyone. As far as 
I can see...she was just being herself. I really 
think she's an angel to have put up with so much 
already...

It's that age-old problem with people...if they 
think that they can walk over someone, they will. 
It's human nature. 

Again, I say we should examine ourselves if we 
have created an atmosphere where this sort of 
thing is OK. 

I can understand where you are coming from, Yann, 
and everyone...but if this type of thing happens, 
the blame does not go to one or the other, but to 
all of us. It's a problem with the tiny little 
society we have created...it's crumbling. This 
type of thing SHOULDN'T happen...I can see no way 
where the treatment that Shawnna has recieved is 
condonable. If she really annoys you so much 
(which I don't see why she would, but perhaps I 
just have taste)...then the decent, human thing 
to do is keep your mouth shut, or at least don't 
plaster it around the forum.
