As far as I can tell, the only rule about the
forum is what is written at the top of the page.
As a long time reader, I know there are some
things that are taboo, but what about the
newbies? Yes, they _can_ read through every post
in the archives (if they realize that there is an
archive in the first place), but the threads
about the things that cannot be discussed here
have been deleted. Therefore, how can they know
that they can't ask about it? But more likely
than not, the new poster will skip the archives
due to its length and ask away, possibly starting
a flame war. If the forum rules are written down
(and not necessarily about Taro due to the
special cirucumstance), then it would be easier
to say, "These are the rules that are followed
here. This is why you were told by others to not
post about [insert topic that we cannot discuss]."
