It does help, but it's frustrating to know that  
I can't do what I want it to do :) 

I am using Hyper Snap too, it was worth the fee 
to get screen caps (though I usually have to 
resize them so that they aren't a bit warped...)

I've manged to get most of my cels but some 
scenes are so fast that I just can't anticipate 
it ;_;
