I had my oversize cel of Ryoko professionally 
framed by a person that was experienced in 
framing cels.  It came with a gorgeous black 
frame, triple-matted, and uv glass for about 
$120.00.  It looks great.  I normally frame the 
cels myself, but the oversize cels are more 
difficult.  It really isn't as hard as you think 
to do your self.  Just make sure the materials 
you use are correct.
