But...First off...I live in Kansas.  The cheapest 
estimate...$60...came from a place that actually 
used to be a do-it-yourself place =)!  It was 
called the Mitre Box.  Michael's(The Hobby Shop) 
was also cheap.  With their 50% off coupon of 
course ^^;!  They were the ones who gave the the 
$114 estimate on the 3 cel frame set-up.  The 
other places that were too expensive are just 
privately owned here in Kansas.  If you would like
