nope, that's about average.  I had some feature 
cels framed as well, and they cost me about 100$. 
With all the extras, like double matting, non-
standard sizing, UV reflective glass, you are 
going to be paying about that much.  But it's 
well worth it, you get supreme protection for 
your cels!
