what would you recommend about tape 
that holds a cel in place like in the middle of a 
BG?  I'm not really thinking about removing the 
tape, but it would be something good to know how 
to handle it if I ever chose to do so later.

What I do is bag the BG, then bag the cel 
separately.  Then I tape the cel to the BG that 
way and both are protected.  ^_^
