I had a cel way back that came taped to the 
background.  The tape was already yellow and 
looked kinda yicky with the beautiful cel.  I 
carefully too off most of the yicky stuff, but 
kept enough of the tape on to hold the cel in 
place.  I think the background that came with my 
cel was also used for oversized shots because the 
BG is extremely huge... much larger than most of 
the others that I have.

Oh and since we're talking about tape stuck on 
backgrounds, what would you recommend about tape 
that holds a cel in place like in the middle of a 
BG?  I'm not really thinking about removing the 
tape, but it would be something good to know how 
to handle it if I ever chose to do so later.  ^^;
