ok I personally think if you are buying a cel you 
should find out where it is or even recognize 
it..I wouldnt think its taros fault at all...they 
assumed/thought it was from there but you as the 
buyer should know what you are buying even if its 
labeled wrong...usually its to your gain..I got 
an oav cel SUPER SUPER CHEAP (ryoko sweepin) and 
got totally lucky ^_^x

cel upclose of his face, more tenchis 
NAturally :P  ah yes and more pics and FANART of
