the same thing happened to us, but when we 
couldn't find the cel in the lodoss op sequence, 
we wrote Stephen about it.  he was really very 
friendly about cancelling the order, and explained 
that the cel had been cut.  I think you just have 
to talk to him about this kind of stuff if it 
really bothers you.  He was really nice about the 
whole situation.
